Select. Connect. Eldercare.

ChoiceEldercare.org is your first FREE home care coordination provider. We place you at the helm of all the decision making for your aging loved ones and allow you to customize the level of care you need as well as make adjustments in care level as time progresses. ChoiceEldercare.org is here to offer a new business model – one that puts aside the old idiosyncratic ways of nursing homes, long-term facilities, and even traditional home care agencies, and places customer needs up front and center of everything we do. While the past decade has seen a dramatic rise in eldercare facilities, we recognize that this model is flawed and ridden with issues. The eldercare facilities services model misses the mark by failing to take into account the need for relationship building and has consistently demonstrated lack of knowledge, resources and strategy for solving this area of critical need. Is this who you want to be caring for your aging parents? We did not think so and therefore, developed a company that addresses these issues and offers families a significantly better alternative.
Our mission

ChoiceEldercare.org's mission is to provide seniors with the ability to age gracefully and with dignity in the comfort of their own home and to keep them away from the dreadful and awful experiences of long-term, nursing, and assisted-living facilities. We are here to empower your aging loved ones and make family members feel good about their decision to sign up for our services. By realizing that individual needs are different, we strive to change the way home care is provided for the elderly by giving the families the ability to choose the level of help they need. And by doing so, we allow family members to fulfill their obligations and promises of responsible and caring children and grandchildren by providing their loved ones with a service that offers the most comprehensive care in the home and does so cheaper than nursing homes, long-term and assisted living facilities. This service which is available in all 50 states is a free online network of home caregivers who undergo extensive background and reference checks. We are the most comprehensive user-friendly web-based tool available to families with aging loved ones and the best fact is that our services are completely FREE for all families in need of home care. ChoiceEldercare.org's goal is not to provide access to 'the yellow pages' of caregivers in your area, but offer you the personal touch that you deserve and need. Our advantage comes from many decades of accumulated experience in the home services industry including medical, nursing, human resources, home infusion, and pharmacy expertise. In addition to our unique matching service, ChoiceEldercare.org offers multitude of resources on aging matters through our Web site on many topics of interests including managing finances, end-of-life decisions, dealing with disabilities, and more. We aim to be your one-stop shop for the all your eldercare needs.
History of Our Company

2006
Responding to growing demand, a new concept in senior care is developed that allows families to simplify eldercare by passing the cost onto providers
2008
Revolutionized new Web site is launched that offers FREE care coordination to families in all 50 states
ChoiceElderCare.org is the first company to provide FREE eldercare coordination in all 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii. The idea for this company grew out of personal tragedy. As a mother-in-law was diagnosed with inoperable cancer and a mother was struggling with progressing Alzheimer's disease, a decision was made at the request of both ailing parents to allow them to stay at home with the care that they need so that they can draw their last breath surrounded by loved ones instead of strangers. This experience compelled the founders of ChoiceEldercare.org to get involved in home care coordination in 2003 and a home-based start-up in New Jersey to help families with seniors looking for home care was started. In 2004, Dr. Laura Rozno and Agnessa Uchitel founded Choice Eldrecare, Inc. and opened its office doors to help more seniors through an expansion into the New York Metro area. By 2006, responding to a growing demand, we developed a new concept in senior care that would allow families to simplify home eldercare by passing the cost onto providers. And in 2008, we launched a revolutionized new Web site that offers free care coordination to families in all 50 states. We decided to make the program a free online solution because of our belief that elderly Americans and their families deserve to maintain their independence as long as possible.
