ChoiceEldercare.org employs experienced human resources personnel as well as trained nurses. Our team has extensive experience in eldercare as Eldercare Coordinators who match caregivers to families based on the level of services required. Each case is assigned to a coordinator who is personally responsible for working directly with the family to best match the caregiver to the family's needs. Our coordinators utilize the industry's largest database of qualified caregivers to evaluate candidates based on the family's specific needs to provide a list of potential matches to the family.
Prior to discussing the list of potential caregiver candidates with the family, our coordinators ensure that the pre-screened list of caregivers matches the level of care requested, availability for specified needs, and required schedules. Our mission is to provide the family with the caregiver who is best suited for the challenges faced by the family. Once the list is compiled, the selected caregiver candidates will be provided non-HIPAA information about the potential family employer and general details on the case*. The list is then narrowed to caregiver candidates who are available and interested in the case and the coordinator conducts a series of interviews to determine the best match. A small number of caregiver candidates is then selected for a private meeting with the family at a mutually convenient time, usually at the place where services will be rendered. This is the time for the family to discuss specific requirements and to ask more in-depth questions of the caregiver candidates to make their final selection. |
